Art Auction Sept 2025
Dear Artists,
The Friends of Roselawn Centre are having a juried art auction as a fundraiser in September called “Presenting”.
So, we are gathering art and we are pleased to invite you to submit if you are interested. We’ve added a contributor form and are happy to answer any questions you have.
All contributing artists are invited to the Grand Opening and a private reception Friday September 19 4-6pm. In addition, Lighthouse Festival Theatre is holding a Supper Market on the lawn during the same time. We also welcome the visitors who are attending the theatre that night and they are invited to attend the Art Auction “Presenting…..”.
The Friends of Roselawn is a non-profit, charitable organization with 2 main goals of promoting art & culture in our community and assisting in restoration of the historic mansion.
How It Works

Set your price and we start bids from that price for a 100% donation or a 50/50 split donation.

Up to three paintings can be submitted

There will be a Buy It Now price, so if someone desires it, it is sold and taken off the auction page.
Dates

Please complete the Contributor form and send in with your photos by August 23, 2025.

Paintings drop off Wednesday September 3 to Wednesday September 10 1-3pm.

Photos, descriptions for data entry and Facebook set up & hanging art by Roselawn staff September 10 to Wednesday September 17

Opening Evening Friday September 19 – Reception By Invitation only to participating artists, Friends of Roselawn and Port Colborne Historical and Marine Board members. 4-6 pm

Closing Date- Friday October 3 3pm

Pickup Unsold Works – October 6-10 1-3pm

Payment to artists October 6- 10.
